We were inspired by our son, Gideon James, to create these beautiful sets. As a helpful child, giving him something of his own made him feel valued. He uses his set to cut various fruits and vegetables, and as a family with Hispanic heritage, we made his board slightly larger and included a rolling pin to his collection for tortilla making.

Made with care and craftsmanship each cutting board and knife is sanded to a smooth finish and conditioned with our organic board butter. Available in three different wood species: walnut (dark wood), cherry (medium wood), and maple (light wood).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• The board and knife should only be hand-washed with mild soap and water as needed. Leave in an open space to dry vertically.

• When you notice your set is starting to dry after a few washes, use our board butter to condition it overnight.

• The knife measures approximately 4“ x 3.5“, and the board measures approximately 6“ x 10“.
